Went to the Fairmont Gateway - Urgent Care for Laryngitis, and had a top notch experience. Everyone was pleasant, excellent bedside manner throughout from all staff. The nurse, tech, and NRP were kind, thoughtful and provided excellent care.
I would totally give it no stars if I could. I went in for a common symptoms of gout which I've had my whole life the number one medicine for is prednisone which is non-narcotic non anything and they would not give it to me cuz they want to push a new medicine that is out because they get paid for it and then charge me extra thousand dollars to have an x-ray on a foot that is just swollen with gout and then still not give me the prednisone bad review bad review bad review this place is horrible I will never go back again
Terrible experience. Went to urgent care for 2 nd time in a month with similar symptoms. Lots of drainage, runny nose and losing voice. (1st round of antibiotics seemed to help but symptoms returned ). Dr Sara Chua saw me today. I told her my symptoms and the 1st thing she asked was what I had been putting up my nose? I was shocked at her question. And proceeded to tell her about my symptoms and how they came back. She then asked what I was allergic to in my house. Said probably my Christmas tree. Was it live. MO.
