True story. I have chronic ear infections. I know when they are occurring. I went to urgent care there. The provider looked in and said she found nothing. I left and went directly to EZ Care on Fairmont Ave. They took one look and said you have a severe ear infection. WVU never gave my money back or addressed my grievance. Avoid the connector.

Never had a single issue. I read through a lot of the one star reviews. Most are laughable. Id bet money that the majority of the reviews are exaggerated because they didn't feel important. Tell you guys what, it's a clinic. You want personal doctor time, go to a pcp. But most of you won't be happy anywhere.

Took my daughter in today because she didn’t feel well . We ware waiting in the waiting area and a lady by the name Kendra called my daughter’s name. We went up to her, she didn’t say hi or hello and didn’t introduce herself. So we followed her to where she weighed my daughter and then followed her to the room. Then she asked where do you want to get your prescription to be filled, but she didn’t give any indication who she was talking to, to my child or me .
