I love this facilty for urgent situations! I seriously won't go any where else!
Took my daughter in today because she didn’t feel well . We ware waiting in the waiting area and a lady by the name Kendra called my daughter’s name. We went up to her, she didn’t say hi or hello and didn’t introduce herself. So we followed her to where she weighed my daughter and then followed her to the room. Then she asked where do you want to get your prescription to be filled, but she didn’t give any indication who she was talking to, to my child or me . A single star is too much for the lack of care recieved. The complaint was a severe reaction to poison ivy. The provider, Colin Miles, suggested to lose weight and change clothes more often. Arrogance aside, this provider failed to provide instructions for the prescribed medication duration and quantity and did not provide check out procedure protocol.
