I was at this Urgent Care on April 25. Taylor checked me in with a warm smile. Kaitlyn took me to the room, made sure I was comfortable, and gathered the needed information. Jessica treated me with care in the X-ray room. Dr. Hefner was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, with a great bedside manner. I had a WONDERFUL experience and left the building with a smile! I highly recommend WVU Medicine Urgent Care -Fairmont Gateway!
Went to the Fairmont Gateway - Urgent Care for Laryngitis, and had a top notch experience. Everyone was pleasant, excellent bedside manner throughout from all staff. The nurse, tech, and NRP were kind, thoughtful and provided excellent care.
