Im not even sure where to start. First off the front desk staff are rude. They could at least smile and act like they want to be there. Theyre not friendly at all. 2nd I 100% do not recommend Dr.Joseph Beall. I didnt even know his name until after I left and looked at my walk out papers. So no. He never introduced himself to me. Great quick efficient staff very knowledgeable very helpful caring
Costs well over a thousands dollars just to get tested for COVID after reading online they would only charge 200 dollars. To top it off they will garnish wages when you don't pay it off within a year. It's easier to die than go to them for help
My wife has been actin different since taking our very sick son here on Friday and finally today told me why. A young female receptonist was loudly complaining about people in the waiting room. Heard her tell a coworker that my wife is a horrible mom for bringing a sick cryin kid. She also made fun of another man's clothes and a different coworker's body. This isn't the only urgent care around, so we will be choosing to go to one that doesnt openly hate the people they are supposed to help
The staff at this place is great, with the exception of one person. The judgmental nurse. To her, If your baby is crying, your a bad mom, if you have too many tattoos, your a druggy, if you’re a working man at a dirty job, you’re a low life. The young princess needs to get some empathy, and maybe a new career.
