I'm constantly in there with ear infections due to a chronic problem and they are the absolute best to me. They are understanding and caring. Thank you all!
Today I brought my daughter in after school because she had a rash on her face. Turns out the dragon fruit that she tried at school caused the rash nurse. Isabella and Dr. Zach were amazing with me and my daughter. Thank you to everyone at this urgent care
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this facility. Last night 1/22 I took my 85 yr old father to the South Side Rapid Care. He had a bad ear ache. I dropped him at the door and then was going to park the car. A lady patient was coming out the door and helped him out of the car and into the lobby while I parked. When I got in the lady at the desk told us they were not seeing any adult patients. It was 7:30. She said we could go to the Emerson Ave facility. I was in tears and begged her.
