Avoid this garage if you can. Broke down just off the motorway, thought I was in luck when I phoned and they said they would fix my van. 2 days later, had a hefty bill but was just happy they helped me out as I live in south Wales. 6 weeks later the "new" alternator they fitted stopped working. Took my van to my local garage who then said the part is not even new and was wrong for my van. My car was booked in for MOT 29/7/24 dropped car off then when done phoned me unfortunately I had a family emergency and couldn’t pick car up they were very helpful and delivered my car to my house and I paid on line they always give great customer service I wouldn’t go anywhere else my car will be back for service n November
I have just sold my dad’s car through WVS GARAGE IN WYCHBOLD and I have to say that it was 5* service from the minute they answered the phone. I came across this garage by chance recently and have since used them on both my vehicles. They have replaced the cam belt on my VW camper, even collecting and dropping it off which was really helpful. They have also replaced the timing chain on my Range Rover Evoque. This is a time consuming and painful job that a couple of other garages I have previously used didn’t want to go near.
