Hi guy this department they are very nice staff and also I really appreciate specially to miss Donna she was friendly helped me with my tax return.
All I can say is
Sad I don't remember her name, but she is in charge of business registration. She took her time and helped me through what would've been a hectic process for me. Same way I heard her helping others on phone. Very helpful and courteous and friendly. Thank you.
There was an issue with my state tax filing. When I called the provided phone number the lady I spoke with basically didn't know what she was talking about. My accountant printed out the documentation I needed and advised me to visit the tax department In person. The ladies I interacted with were very pleasant and charming. The lady behind the glass took care of my issue in only a few minutes and even explained what had happened. If only all professional interactions could be like this one.
Never imagined when I had to call the tax compliance department that I would end up talking to such a kind person. The woman I spoke with was wonderful, she helped me understand what was happening without being condescending or judgmental. There were some taxes owed from a family member’s estate and I was an emotional mess when I found out; she was beyond patient with me and it meant the world.
