I am very disappointed with the service from these gentlemen, I went to them to make an appointment, they asked what car model and year and they made an appointment for me for service in a week, I arrived, left the car and after two hours they called me that they would not do it because they did not know that it would be so difficult to do the service, I wasted my whole day. for nothing, their explanations that they did not know that there would be so much work
After my 69 plate Seat Leon decided to vomit up a million fault codes, Wayne diagnosed it as a busted BCM. He tried to put the software back on and it worked but the central locking didn't. We've then decided to order a new BCM and Wayne installed it the day it came and I got my car back the same day. Amazing service, kept updated and I won't be going anywhere else for software related issues! Thank you so so much Wayne ☺️

Trish is a pleasure to talk to. Absolutely excellent customer service. She is welcoming both on the phone and in person. I have gone to several mechanics to try fix my dpf issues and all they have done is made me spend money - up to £1,500+ but no resolution. I took my car to WV Autos and they told me the aftermarket dpf I put in was useless. They removed it and put my original back in.
