My appointment was booked from 11am-145pm. Braider “Shayla W” said she could do the exact style I asked for. After she finished around 1245pm I was allowed to look in the mirror in which I said it was fine and went to my car. After getting in my car and using my phone to look at the back of my head, I was appalled at what my hair looked like.
