I hired Roy to file my personal taxes. I didn't hear anything from him until I contacted him on April 14th and he said he was working on them and they would be finished on time. However, the IRS and MN DoR don't show my taxes has actually been filed. Worse, I can't get him to even respond to emails or call me back. VERY disappointed in the lack of communication and possibly worse...I guess I'll see just how much worse.
