A/C went down the evening of 8-16-25. I called the next morning. Within half an hour Taylor return my call and pack, on his way. He showed me the problem, explaining briefly the mechanics of the issue. Put us back in business before noon. On a Sunday. I was so very appreciative. He did tell me that I may need to replace the fan motor on the outside unit, someday and how to keep an eye on it.
