Do not rely on this tradesman, he doesn’t turn up for works that were scheduled. Worst communication and lack of respect for other people. Do not use James.
After 3 houses build (two owner builder) I can honestly say that this was the worst tradie we ever had on site - full stop. Walls are uneven, corners are messy and widow frames scratched everywhere. Some of the employees had absolutely no previous plastering experience... Requests that the work would be rectified fell on death ears and we ended up re-plastering some sections ourselfs.
