Very long story over a 6 month period. Signed a contract with Steve Wiggins and he did eventually honor the contract after he breached it. Unusual situation, cost us $20k plus about $5k lost interest, but we probably came out ahead. Odd person to deal with, you contact him, be prepared to wait awhile for any response.
