Their policies are a scam. They force you to do procedures that aren't needed out of pocket. I had my insurance company call them with me to explain that I had authorization for a routine cleaning but they refused to provide me service without undergoing a more expensive procedure first. They are doing this just to bill me extra. It's unethical.
While they made a good first impression, things are not at all what they seemed. After a totally botched attempt to create a partial for me, it had to be completely redone. If not for the fact that they had a substitute dentist, I am sure I would have been told the pain was normal and I would not get a refit, remade device. (I was in serious pain when the dentist jammed it in the first time and was told I would get used to it.)They made me wait 5 weeks to get the bad set, claiming it was the lab. The absolute worst. When I first got there I was worried as a friend said they took her payment and never reported to insurance, so they essentially embezzled money. That person was fired. But I thought, ok, they seem nice. When I walked in the receptionist was pleasant, the xray tech pleasant, the hygienist, pleasant, but the dentist was absent that day. Why not call?
