Iv rented from wurth for 4 years they are very professional their properties are completely overhauled each time someone moves so when you choose to move in your rental is basically branded new and you are the first to live in it for this reason on top of the professional nature of their management I plan to from them for many years to come. If your in the baton rouge area I recommend Mary Glen Etue as go to property manager
