Every time an order is placed it is wrong. Ordered 2 special pens and get 5. Asked order to be cancelled back on the 21/12/2023 and they are still here and order not yet cancelled. Then check another supplier and can get them for a tenth of the price. Always rediculously expensive. Always get told we be put on the "SPECIAL" price list which must be onlt 9 times more expensive than anyone else. This is one of many isssues we always have with them and getting it resolved is alway a mission. Last time I will ever deal with them... read more
