Worst people to send a mower to they don't want to work on older mowers when they should want to money is money. The lady on the phone is rude and so is Tom they have the smartest of comments like they are awesome. You wld think they would want to make money but nope
They are always willing to help.. no judgments, just solutions. It feels good to shop at a place with people who know what they are talking about. When my lawn mower broke down. They came to my house and fixed it right away. They were even equipped to take the riding mower with them to fix it at the shop if Ned be. Thanks, Tom, for always treating me as a human and selling me what I need with verbal instructions.
Had it there 3 times, one time it sat there for 3 months, still have the problem. Left 2 messages and no responce after a month.
Great place they will get all my mower repair business
