At first I was so happy! I thought I had found the perfect gift for my best friend! A customized doormat for my friend's yacht. It was so darn cute! You could pick the color of their hair, their clothing, in addition to personalizing it with their names, the name of their boat and the port its docked at. I submitted my finalized customization. I took a screen shot of it. I get an email saying it was shipped. I read the email AND OMG! Ther were so many mistakes! One of the last names was different. The clothing was incorrect.... read more
