Housing here is decent. Many are too close together leaving no room for your yard. A few trailers have a good size yard to enjoy. Depending on what you are looking for would depend on this being a good place to live for a family, couple, or single individuals.
Worst place I’ve ever lived I wish I never got involved with this place so many issues and things that go wrong the trailers aren’t worth the 12/1300 dollars people are paying every month that 995/895 rent they post I’ve never paid I’ve stayed here 2 years and yes I’m here because Bainbridge doesn’t have places for rent very often and I promise to god I’m looking I’m soooo sick of this community it’s so much I can say just think twice before you give this place your money it’s all a trick you will be disappointed
The mobile home park has grown so much! Great place to live for sure!
