I had a great experience, Ms. Wuyme was very kind and personable. She is professional and informative on hair, through the process she explains to you what she is doing and will do. I highly recommend her.
She is very sweet and the hair looked great but it took her 12 hours to do. She was late and didn’t give me an estimate on when she would get there. Once she got there I told her to give me a few minutes and i will leave and she responded “wow really”. I wanted smedium and she accidentally gave me small and said “lucky for you , you can get small braids for the same price.” The work was really good but I had work a few hours after my appointment for an overnight shift .
Absolutely amazing experience! What stood out to me the most was their patience, love and tenderness with both my daughters. They were so gentle with them and never made them feel rushed or uncomfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the children she works with and takes her time to make sure they feel safe and cared for. As a parent, that means everything.
