Great place, friendly staff, nice and clean
Having been a subscription member for 18 months now to the aquatic centre I can say that it has been worth every cent the staff are very friendly and with 2 hip replacements the heated pool is a great for a low impact workout
Absolutely phenomenal loved that they got to host countries because their pool is beautiful
The centre is amazing. However, I cannot say the same thing about the customer service there. Two times I’ve booked the area and both times I’ve been met with appalling customer service. We arrived 5 minutes earlier and since no one was at the area booked, we asked if we could go earlier. However they rudely said no. This I understand (excluding the attitude). What doesn’t make sense is that they kicked us out 30 mins early. We had booked 1hr and 30 mins however only got 1 hour.
