Run, run, run! This facility has very good physical therapy however their billing practices are criminal. I was charged $150 for my first visit. When I called to say that most of my physical therapy appointments ran between 25 and $50 co-pay it suddenly went down to 50 when they decided to run it through my actual insurance. A month later I am now receiving a bill for $664 for five sessions of physical therapy.. The total without insurance was $7000. They charged $400 for five minutes of an ice pack. My wife is here currently undergoing PT for an arm fracture. The staff is friendly and appears to care for their patients. The facility is clean and well kept. My wife is very happy with PT Stacy. We will be here for a total of 21 visits and hope to be as positive at the end as we are now. Disregard the Steward name, they’re part of Orlando Health.
Awesome. The staff is so friendly. It’s a fun group. Everyone is so nice. Darin has been great. Debbie and Antonio are awesome as well.
I only have been going to P T for two weeks and have gone from having excruciating sciatica pain and Oxy codone to barely any pain at all. Of course, I do my exercises as directed and apply ice at home also, Antonio is the therapist that is working with me and he is really great. The staff seems very nice, the place is spotless and I am really amazed at how much better I feel, thanks to Dr. Blooms recomendation and Antonios hard work. Fingers crossed it continues. I never want that pain again.
