Worst customer service. Total lack of communication. Want to charge for part not received. After 26 days not fixed nor will they give back our equipment. Says part special ordered. What's so special about a factory stock carburetor? They refuse to return our equipment over a part they haven't received in 26 days. They've never called us once. We call them twice weekly.
