The food and drinks are usually fine and we enjoy the atmosphere too. Service depends on what server you get. The last few times we went it was the same server and she is going through the motions. I asked for extra salsa for my nachos and didn't get it. Requested extra napkins and they never came. I ordered an second drink and it took way too long . We got the wrong meal ticket too. It is hard to want to tip after service like that!
I'm from the south and the Burnt Ends are tender with a crunchy exterior. Even after sending them back once, these were still like 1"×2" blocks of unchewable leather. My wife ordered the sampler platter, it was left in the deep fryer WAY TOO LONG!
Not good, borderline nasty. And expensive. Easily the worst brisket I've ever had and I'm not picky. Go check out the Chinese place. Been there for 75years hella good
"Placed a to-go order based on the mostly positive reviews here, but I was unfortunately very disappointed with the meal. On the positive side, placing the order was fast and easy, and the woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. The issue was entirely with the food.
