Terrible care. After ordering diagnostics that were unnecessary and costly, Dr. Zhuge spent less than 5 minutes with me to tell me I have to deal with the pain I have been experiencing for 18 months. I’ve had multiple Ortho consults all concluding the pain is from sciatica and stemming from my herniated disc. Anesthesia consult as well as PT all confirming the same. Dr. Zhuge has zero bedside manner or professionalism. Do not waste your time or money.
Had surgery 7/2024, before my procedure i couldn't stand for 5 minutes without my calf down to my foot getting numb to the point of falling. I am year past surgery and all that discomfort is gone. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to get this done.
I called for a new patient appointment. I brought in my MRI's of my lower back. I was given an appointment with a assistant who ordered crays and charged me for them. She was rushed and did not want to answer questions. That was a waste of money as she then referred me to PT which I had told her that I've already had years of PT which has not helped. He is the best! He listens, gives great advice, and is always concerned for his patients. His staff and PA Trish Harvey are great, too.
May 14th & May 15th, 2025. I had Urgent Spine Surgery with Dr. Zhuge and His Team. I can't Thank Dr. Zhuge and His Team enough for the Fast Response Moving Forward ASAP. I seem to be doing Very Well, especially what I went through! Thank You So Very Much, My Future Depended OnThis Surgery!!
