I called the doctor’s office today to ask what time they usually open. The receptionist answered and questioned why I was asking and what I wanted to do, instead of simply providing the office hours. I believe it would be more professional if clear information about office hours were readily available and shared politely when patients call.

我妈去看了吴医生后，回家对吴医生赞不绝口,说吴医生很亲切，第一次见面就跟老朋友一样，细心听我妈的症状，给我妈开了药，而且知道我妈腰疼腿不好，还开处方给我妈申请轮椅，之后我全家族都去找吴医生，她们前后台小姐也很亲切，细心比其它诊所的前台有礼貌，所以我也抽空写一个五星好评吴医生
