My family of 4 are all patients of Dr. Wu. He has been our doctor for over 15 years and we always feel heard, treated appropriately and never have to wait long for an appointment. We like being able to give blood in office with quick results calls made by the doctor himself. Much better than going to off-site facility. Dr. Wu is a consistent, kind doctor who I recommend to others frequently.
Dr. Wu is great but the customer service from the front staff is TERRIBLE. It has been bad for years and it wont get better. I dont understand why dont hire better employees. But I am now looking for another doctor.
The Office staff is terrible here. All these rules and regulations for new patience and past patients. If you want to see the doctor and your a new patient they don't want to see new patients. Only past patients. I put in for an appt and they said I was not an existing patient. I told them I was. I been there years ago but they don't have my records. I was like well I put in for a time that he was available and you are saying since I am not a new patient I cannot be seen at that time but only existence patience can. This is ... read more
I highly recommend Dr. Wu! I've been a patient of his for 14 years. I am certain I receive the highest quality of care possible. I feel like family while I am in his office. He is brilliant, has a caring personality and a great sense of humor. I can always count on seeing him right away if I am ever in need which is remarkable given that it can take many people weeks to see their primary care physician.
