Reconsider. The doctor I met with (not Steven Wu) seemed, pretty nice. I did not leave with any clarity on my symptoms, though. The office environment is very unorganized with stacks of patient files every where, nothing is digital and they only accept cash or checks. Front desk personnel is pretty dismissive, and rude. Phone conversations were even worse. If you need to go, ask for other referrals in your network.

Went to Dr Wu for colonoscopy, office visit was fast and straight forward, instructions were clear and all my questions were answered. Day of procedure was a few hours wait at the medical center but that’s ok and expected, Dr Wu was great, answered all my questions and very polite. I recommend him 100%

Confirming reviews here how poor the staff and office is run by Dr Wu. We need to get an endoscopy and colonoscopy done for my father on 4/12/24, as recommended by our primary care physician for urgent/critical condition (not routine checkup). We followed the process and sent updated paper work and sent over current status from our primary physician. After 3 additional follow up calls checking on status, only on our fourth call on 4/29 did the nurse say Dr. Wu does not want to perform the procedure because he is not performi... read more
