Caring.
I was seen in their emergency department. Although I was attended to quickly the doctor who took care of me did almost absolutely nothing. I was very uncomfortable with the outcome especially that my emergency situation was quite critical. I left there and went straight to another hospital where I was also attended to immediately. I was told that I could have lost my eyesight without the proper care. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.
I had the best ER experience here. I previously went to a different ER a few days ago and it was horrible. I didn't get a true diagnosis. And they kept giving me different medications to see what would work and none of them did. They actually caused me to be in more pain. I'm so glad that I went to Harris because it was the opposite. What the other hospital kept telling me "wasn't" the problem was indeed the problem and surgery was necessary. Harris actually gave me pain medication that momentarily relieved my severe pain.
