I took my 3 cats here for deworming. As it turns out on the second round of medicine, THEY SCREWED UP and gave us to big of syringes. So my cats recieved 2 days off medicine instead of 5days like prescribed. Now it's been 30 days and my cat has worms again and I called the Vet, and they explained to me ITS MY FAULT CUZ I DIDN'T WASH THERE BEDDING, OR IT CAME IN ON MY SHOES OR HELL FELL OUT THE SKY!! Poor service and all they want is money
My husband and I have numerous indoor cats. We also take care of what I called God's cats, the feral cats that live outside in our neighborhood. They rarely let us touch them until they are very sick. Then they wait for us outside until we see them to take them to the vet. This has happened more than once. I didn’t even visit here yet, I called on the phone to get information and the customer service was horrifying. If that’s how they act on the phone it lets me know how they are in person.
