Dr. Wu has a voicemail message that says he will call you within 24 hours of leaving a message. I've been calling him for 3 days straight just to find out of he is taking no longer taking new patients and he is not able to return a call to say Yes or No. I am sure he is very busy but the least he could do is just say on the voicemail that he is not taking in new patients or that it will take X time to get back and actually stick to it instead of wasting people's time.
