Very disappointed experience. I showed up on time for my appointment, but nobody at the front desk greeted or checked me in. Two employees in the back room clearly saw me standing there, yet ignored me completely. During the wait, the front desk phone rang multiple times, and no one bothered to pick it up. After waiting for ten minutes, I finally said “Hello?” One of them responded with an impatient and dismissive “Just wait.” This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting.
Tamara in the front office is always very polite. Fast on responding to my calls and always has answers to my questions. Dr. Wu has been a excellent doctor. I've been going to him for almost 6 years. I've never felt rushed or unheard. I'm very happy with Dr and Tamara.
Definitely by far the worst office I have dealt with in my life. Front office don’t call back, very difficult hours, front desk can’t speak English and don’t refill general prescriptions. Please please do not waist your time this doctor and office is horrible all the way around.
Dr Wu office is very clean thr receptionist is very proffessional Tamara I like tge level of care Thanks to my medical team.
Dr Wu has been my mothers physician for over 10 years. He has provided her with a level of care that has become extinct in today's "get them in and out as quickly as possible" medical care world. I think many doctors have a 5 minute rule. Dr Wu takes his time with my mom, makes sure she understands her medical conditions, next steps and all of her options. My mom is 90 and now in a full skilled nursing home and Dr Wu visits her there for her monthly checkups even though the nursing home is right down the street from him. He ... read more
