We have used Wu Construction on two occasions, both times Thomas was quick to respond, answering our questions and explained what scope of work needed to be done. Both issues of a water nature occurred in our basement; these problems were resolved and work areas left tidy.

We had Wu Construction repair built-in planter beds that were leaking into our crawl space. They also repaired our broken downspouts and built a french drain to properly drain our planter beds. Their pricing was fair and project manager communicative. They missed installing a small piece of the project we had discussed and when my husband informed them they sent someone out within a few days to complete it. Overall we had a great experience with Wu and we would use them again.

I've had Wu construction do two different projects for me and have been very satisfied both times. Thomas is very responsive and came out the same or next day when I called him about a job. He always picks up his phone and answers texts promptly. He does a great job explaining things so I can understand them and I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch from him. He seems very honest and was willing to work with me to meet my needs. I would highly recommend Wu construction.

Did a great job in my crawl space. Drainage is no longer an issue. Great price and warranty. Called them two years to come out and check on the work they did, showed up in two days to confirm things are working well.
