We had a semi-emergency situation with a tree falling and a really tricky site to navigate with large equipment. WTS showed up quickly for an estimate and was able to turn around the job in less than a week. They listened to our concerns about the possible damage to the surrounding landscape during the tree removal and did their best to minimize impact to the site. It was a pleasure to work with them!
They did not show up to do the work they agreed to do. Multiple calls have gone unanswered. If you can't do the work then you need to communicate this. Don't leave your customers waiting for months. Definitely not a successful business model.

Didn"t show up when arranged. Called two weeks later with excuses. Found someone else that showed up when supposed to and gave a fair price
