Avoid at all costs. Avoid Allison Dottin. The process of getting my policy was rather strange. Every other day she sent me a new and more expensive quote because of this or that. Took weeks to just get a quote that I can sign and pay, normally a simple process with all other carriers I’ve had. Then I signed and paid my policy in full. I’ve worked with them for the past decade for auto insurance across multiple vehicles. They’re extremely responsive and accurate with all my updates and requests. Highly recommend their services.
I called with some questions, and I really appreciated that they helped me, gave me thoughtful answers, gave me a rough sense of cost, and told me what a few of my options were even though it became clear to both of us that the policies I was asking about don't make sense for me now and so I don't have any business for them.
