Their agents are useless and completely unhelpful. I used to have a great agency that got acquired by them.
Avoid at all costs. Avoid Allison Dottin. The process of getting my policy was rather strange. Every other day she sent me a new and more expensive quote because of this or that. Took weeks to just get a quote that I can sign and pay, normally a simple process with all other carriers I’ve had. Then I signed and paid my policy in full.
