Attention everyone do not use this company. Recently my parents hired a plumber to do some repairs in their house. They decided to called AAA insurance to ask some questions regarding what was cover or not under the homeowner insurance .The next day WTL guys was at my parents' door to do the plumbing job. I am not happy because my parents did not hire this incompetent company that steals job from other plumbers. Phone number goes to an apartment complex in San Francisco. The plumbers left out critical information to help support my claim with AAA. This is a criminal outfit who is bought and paid for by big insurance! Don't let them in your house!
Just like other reviews, do not trust them if AAA is sending them out. They are pretty convincing and almost had me yesterday! After calling 2 companies I have been working with, they both let me know WTL’s “tests” they did are impossible to actually get real results without tearing up my shower. Don’t waste your time with them and tell AAA you will be using your own contractors.
Horrible company. They are in cahoots with AAA insurance. Do not call AAA for a claim. Call a restoration company first. WTL will lie and give false diagnostic and you won’t get covered. That’s all AAA needs to deny your claim. Senior customer in Novi just got denied. Pretty sad been with AAA for 40 years and never made a claim. WTL plumbing out of Clinton township has no compassion for any one and gives false assessments
