We where able to get our unit and the weekend and able to access it right away. Everything has been great and friendly. I would recommend them.

Love that they were fast at response & gave me recommendations of what I needed. Also the fact that it is fenced in and secured makes me feel comfortable leaving my stuff there with no reason to worry Thank you WTI
They have the BEST customer service! They are friendly, understanding, and are prompt in responding. We have had our storage spaces there since July and have had a great experience and new management is excellent as well! The facility is gated and so far we have not had any issues with security. I strongly encourage you to use them for your storage needs.
