They came to install new pipes in the streets and inside they moved my daughters meter without informing us they took out pipes that they shouldn't have and had to replace reluctantly I might add. My family works for the water board so when they saw what they did they told me to call them back and have them fix it they bent my fence digging up the yard and they refuse to come back and fix it. My experience with this company was a very pleasant one. I spoke with Norma the owner and voice my concerns regarding basement issues from previous work. She was very nice and assured me that her team would come out and investigate the issues and do whatever they could to resolve them and they did. This company went above and beyond in helping us. Norma has a big heart for the residents here in the city of Flint Michigan
They replaced my lead line in Detroit through a city program. They did a great job and were nice people.
