I am changing what was a 5 star review to 1. Short version of a very long story is after 4 years of a subpar product, BUT, great service, WSS sold to another company. These things happen, but when you are paying for a product with a service contract and that product it meant to provide security for your property and family, there is an expectation of performance along with a contractual obligation to meet that. Serviced are security system and within an hour it stopped working.
