I personally worked with the owner, Chris Wells, on my roof replacement, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The crew did quality work, finished on schedule, and left everything clean. My roof looks great, and I have peace of mind knowing the job was done right. I highly recommend WSR if you’re looking for reliable, honest service.
WSR came out to replace my neighbor's roof, I saw WSR working on the roof. I went outside and explained that I had a roof inspection 2 months prior and was informed a few of the roof's shingles needed to be stapled down and given a price for work. WSR examined the roof and replied "ma'am, there's nothing wrong with roof shingles. The honesty of this Company, goes far and beyond professionalism, trust and integrity, he could've quoted damages and price to repair roof that didn't need repairs. This is a company that stands true to its values & quality of service. I had a roof replaced November 21, 2024. The workers arrived before the scheduled time as they waited for shipment to be delivered. A team of 6 workers & their team leader Raul begin promptly at 6:20 am working diligently until their lunch break. Owner Chris stopped by several times checking on the progress and addressing any of my questions & concerns (awesome). He provided me with crystal clear pictures of my roof using his drone.
