While the people were extremely kind, you should be aware that when they consider your situation they do not take in to fact if you have a house payment, rent, or car payments. Which the irony of is, if you need help with utility assistance, you would think the fact that you have to have a place of residence to have utilities that would be considered. So without that consideration, it’s as if you make too much money.
Great when you can actually get help, but the hoops you have to jump through are ridiculous. It takes over a month just to get your application finished because of all the insane requirements. You could probably save up enough money to just do the repairs yourself in the time it takes to get your information submitted.They're seriously concerned with where a five dollar deposit in my bank account from six months ago came from.
