Don't trust them, the people came and installed a furnace in my house and did everything wrong. They did the relief valve wrong and it blew the pipe and almost gave my mom a heart attack. They want to go out of their way to try not to fix. In legal process now
STAY AWAY, especially if you are a veteran! They will discriminate against you and will not provide you the same services they give civilians. Are you a disabled veteran, well if that's the case, they will DEFINITELY refuse to provide you services. Just STAY AWAY and save yourself the work gathering the documentation they want, the headache, the complete waste of time, and the anxiety. They are just there to collect an easy paycheck; not help people like they claim.
You know helping those in need is a good thing but what is a bad thing is when the employees Nitpick about documents You send in and you followed their instructions like you were supposed to and it’s still not good enough prolonging your reverification purposes and or making you lose your spot because they wanted to be nitpicky and then you would have to start the process all over again.

I've had 3 interactions with this place, 2 negative and 1 degrading. I don't get it, why would someone work in a place designed to help people, yet be mean and rude to them. It's not just one employee either, it's multiple. Is your job really that bad that you feel the need to treat people poorly?
