RecommendedI have referred several of my clients to WSFS. They do a great job communicating with them and getting them to close.
Was just in the “drive through”. Definitely was not a good customer service experience. I was the only one in any of the lanes - took 15 minutes. Finally after 10 minutes the teller said she would be right with me - I asked if everything was okay - she said they had to take care of the inside customers first - really since when? When she finally gave me my $101 there was no thank you - nothing - not a word. It was a short, heavy set teller with glasses. She definitely needs to be schooled again in customer service.
