I have been banking with WFS for many years and have been extremely satisfied with their service!
Left a message on 5/14/24 at 12 PM to inquire about an address change. No return call as of 5/15/24 AM, so I call again and leave a message at 9:30 AM. No return call, had to go to the bank to get my question answered and address changed. I get a call at 3:56 PM from Kelly and advised my frustration of not getting a call back in a reasonable time frame over 2 days and her response was “well you would have to come in anyway.” Okay, so we just don’t return calls in a timely manner? Not acceptable.
