I usually don’t write reviews for the banks I do business with, but I felt the need to make an exception for this location. This is one of the few banks where the staff actually knows who I am when I walk in, which is a rare and appreciated personal touch these days. The manager, Lisa, is exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating, always going out of her way to make banking here a pleasant experience. 9/25/2024 - I called the NS branch today before going there because I needed medallion service. No one answered the phone. So I drove to the branch and mentioned that I needed medallion service and the gal who is authorized to do the medallion service (I believe her name is Lisa) said she was busy with a customer and it would be 20 - 30 mins. Lisa, took care of another customer who walked in and was on her way to the assist me, when a teller asked her for assistance. I am now at the branch for 35 - 40 mins and no one has off... read more
