I usually don’t write reviews for the banks I do business with, but I felt the need to make an exception for this location. This is one of the few banks where the staff actually knows who I am when I walk in, which is a rare and appreciated personal touch these days. The manager, Lisa, is exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating, always going out of her way to make banking here a pleasant experience. 9/25/2024 - I called the NS branch today before going there because I needed medallion service. No one answered the phone. So I drove to the branch and mentioned that I needed medallion service and the gal who is authorized to do the medallion service (I believe her name is Lisa) said she was busy with a customer and it would be 20 - 30 mins. I have been banking with BMTC - Newtown Square location for the past 4 years. When I opened my Goddard School, choosing the right bank was a very important decision. The staff at this location have always surpassed my expectations. They are very customer oriented and responsive to my needs. The staff is warm and welcoming.
