just now New Do not use this bank. I requested a 10 day pay off on their website, obtained amount then sent in payment within 10 days in the amount of over 20k. I also called them and notified that it was on the way. 3 months later I get a credit hit from this bank indicating I owe a little over $100. Knocked my credit score down 70 points. What a nightmare. Went last night to use their drive through atm to get cash out of a debit card. The ATM starts to dispense money and then suddenly the screen shows a "currency error". The cash never dispensed and it was debited from my account! Never seen this happen before in my life! I go the very next morning to the bank when it opened. Not a fan, they terminated my relationship with them because I overdrafted my account and it happened twice then I paid them back in full and still terminated my relationship with them.
I needed bank services in a quick manner and this branch was able to provide what was needed with friendly service.
