What a nightmare. Went last night to use their drive through atm to get cash out of a debit card. The ATM starts to dispense money and then suddenly the screen shows a "currency error". The cash never dispensed and it was debited from my account! Never seen this happen before in my life! I go the very next morning to the bank when it opened. I start explaining to the teller that I used their ATM machine last night and he says, "Let me guess, you didnt get your money?". I say, "Yes!". I look over and there is a person working... read more
Not a fan, they terminated my relationship with them because I overdrafted my account and it happened twice then I paid them back in full and still terminated my relationship with them.
I needed bank services in a quick manner and this branch was able to provide what was needed with friendly service.
This is the best WSFS branch for service. I live in Delaware and use those locations which are slow and mediocore at best. The Kennett Square branch manger, Gail, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at this branch are the epitome of true customer service. Five Stars for sure!
Love the service here and the entire staff is friendly and very helpful every time I go. 👍
