Terrible communication and listening skills with minimal verbal contact. We applied for a HELOC loan, online and nobody contacted us to prepare us for what we will need to put our best application forward. They just ran our credit before contacting us and made us a counteroffer based solely on the minimal information in their application which never asked for savings or other assets. Tried to visit the Yakima WSECU branch just now, I had extremely important time sensitive things I needed to deal with. There’s a sign saying that the lobby is currently closed due to covid but the Drive up ATM and drive thru banking was available. However, the employees had their cars parked in the middle of their parking lot in a barricade to prevent cars from driving in. Makes no sense... how is that safe? (Or legal?) to barricade an entrance....

Since March, we've strategically directed drive-thru traffic to help with congestion entering into our parking lot. got a motorcycle loan through them and have been trying to setup auto pay for a month and get my account number but no one answers the phones when I try to call the loan I've sat on hold for 15 minutes. so to pay the loan every time I have to write a check and go to the post office. it is B.S!
