Bad service.
Love this bank and I know it’s not the workers of the bank making this decision but charging $3 for a monthly paper statement is RIDICULOUS. Why not just take away automatic paper statements and when someone asks about it then bring up that it cost $3 not an AUTOMATIC $3 CHARGE! Cuz people don’t already have enough stuff to worry about now they have to find time to go into the bank and change their preferences. And yes I know it can be done on the mobile app but not everyone has access to that. Stupid idea!
Incredible experience working with AJ. I stopped by on a very difficult day to get help setting up an account for the estate of a loved one. My brain was exhausted and even the smaller financial decisions seemed overwhelming. AJ was so patient, positive, and understanding. No before/after hours ATM’s working is a massive inconvenience
Worst credit union ever. They punish you when people steal from your account even when a police report gets filed and persons on camera stealing .they take your card away after disputes do to online over the seas salers ripping people off .currently they refuse to work my dispute case on merchandise I never got from China and one box of damaged and missing goods totalling a total of 440 from. Same merchant . They also have another dispute from egupt over 2 months old almost also a package that was never received for 82.33...... read more
