DO NOT GET AN AUTO LOAN FROM WSECU. This has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had. It's been over 75 days and I still don't have my license plates. Everytime I call to get answers I'm lied to about where they are in the process and blame somebody else for their complete incompetence. I will be leaving this bank as soon as I can get out of this loan and recommend others avoid the completely incompetent organization.
The customer service at WSECU is great
My grandmas bank is WSECU like mine. This I know this is a popular credit union. & also, for school on Mondays & Wednesdays, I volunteer at All Kids Win, which is located in the Columbia Bank, but I found out that the All Kids Win club is presented by WSECU.
