I have loved this bank from day 1. Customer service has always been excellent, honestly they have always gone above and beyond for anything I’ve asked for. App is easy to use and navigates easily. Done my banking, credit card and car loan through them. All great.

My grandmas bank is WSECU like mine, & she & I both enjoy being members of this bank. & she helped me set up my account there. This I know this is a popular bank. & also, for school on Mondays & Wednesdays, I volunteer at All Kids Win, which is located in the Columbia Bank, but I found out that the All Kids Win club is presented by WSECU.
Always so friendly & helpful with all my financial needs. Easy access with convenient in person and phone hours. W. Olympia branch is my favorite, but all are great.
