I'm having a heck of a time. Communication could definitely improve. It's hard to get answers on timelines. We have the apps and they are showing all zeros. No clear instructions on what to look for to make sure it's running efficiently. Our PGE true-up just keeps going up and up. We have false alarms on our equipment that we are told not to worry about but continue to receive alerts that something is wrong. Now we have alarms going off and it shows we are pulling from PGE in the middle of a sunny day. Why? I'm super frustra... read more
They claim to Save you money in the long run but after a couple years I am paying SO MUCH more monthly AND I've had no help or servicing to find out why. The contracts feel incredibly abusive as if you don't scrape to get her enough in enough time you pay 100 MORE a month AND my True up cost me 700. I don't recommend this company and I don't recommend solar unfortunately. It seems like such a good Idea and that's how they sell you on it. I wish I never got involved with This company or Sunnova. Predatory loan system.

The team at WSC did a fantastic job for us. We had a rush job that required the removal of solar, re roofing the entire shop and then re installing the solar. They did a great job communicating up front what the process would look like, the steps along the way and completion of the project. The fact that they could handle the solar AND the roof was a huge pro for us instead of bidding out to two separate contractors. A special shout out to Michele and Isaac for taking care of us.
A bit of sticker shock, but at the time, so was everything else. Awesome company. Very easy to work with and the crew was great. Everything was done to expectations and a bit more.
