Don't hire Mr Wily Bundy. Have me a quote of $57k and we signed a contract. Final bill turns out to be $91k. We understand some things might have been changed. So we pay $75k and the last bit was to be corrected ($7k to paint 1000sq.ft!!!!!).....anyhow he proceeds to put a lien on our real estate!!! I guess we are fighting that now.....don't hire this crook.
