Dishonest. Unprofessional. Make excuses. I caught them in several lies. Fired them after they were unable to complete the job and made amateur mistakes. Didn't even glue the drain piping...
Totally unqualified for commercial installations. I hired them to install brand new refrigerated display cases and they dragged a two day job out for almost a month. Excuse after excuse. After talking to the case manufacturer and several other qualified installers, it turns out WS had no idea what they were doing. Trying a bunch of crazy workarounds when the solution was quite simple. Maybe they understand home heating and air, but certainly for commercial jobs avoid them at all cost.
I couldn’t find the Google page for the Decatur location but Adam was great! He was quick and professional and friendly!
