Dennison cabinets are beautiful quality products. I wish I could say the same of their customer service. Communication with Dennison was horrible. The product came with many defects that had to go back to the shop for repair. I will not be using them or recommending them in the future
We worked with W.S. Dennison Cabinets on a recent project in Littleton, MA. The whole crew from sales through installation through final billing was fantastic! We would certainly work with W.S. Dennison again. Their responsiveness and professionalism really stood out on this project.
Dennison Cabinet put in a beautiful replacement counter in our master bathroom. The professionalism and attention to detail of the workers was top-notch. But I think what made the service so exceptional, however, was how they handled and unforeseen setback. While installing the countertop, one of the workers slipped, and the countertop fell shattering on the floor. What’s more it chipped a tile in the bathroom floor. These things happen.
