I called last minute after my mechanic ended up out of town and I couldn’t ask for a better service. Fast, Fair, and Friendly! CALL THEM
The sales policy is predatory and unethical, I recommend anyone considering this shop to take your money somewhere else , the desk guy was trying to sell me everything he could even after I acknowledged I only needed a starter replaced, and the prices are ridiculous , I was charged 4 hours of labor for a starter and within an hour and 30 min they called me to say the vehicle was ready, save your money and go somewhere else .
Whilby"s removed and replaced my front and rear bumpers with new ones, and they did an awesome job. I was truly impressed with the details and execution of professionalism. The work was completed in one day and I couldn't beat the price. The owner Otis is a very straight shooter, honest, and very understanding. Very good guy. Thanks Whilbys for a very satisfactory and outstanding job.
Wilby's painted a sports car for me. Did an excellent job with a small but difficult car (Porsche). Most other shops in Charles County would not touch it. Would recommend them and will use them for other auto work.
