Called Friday morning on a day that the temps would climb to triple digits because our AC had quit working, hoping we could get the unit looked at before the weekend as it was also expected to be triple digits. Not only was it looked at, it was fixed by early afternoon. Juan did an awesome job, was pleasant, professional, made a couple suggestions and recommendations and just generally made it an overall pleasant experience. Brad went above and beyond to help us get set up with a new unit before the summer heat kicks in. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and did everything to get us set up so fast. We cannot recommend Wrzesinski enough!!
As long as I live in this area I will use this company for my AC system. They are always prompt and professional and discuss step by step what the problem is and how they can fix it. They are solid on prices and they know their stuff. I don't ever feel taken advantage of. My experience with Wrzesinski Heat and Air was exceptional.
