Bought a new build in Buffalo Ridge. Once the warranty was out, I decided to call Brad's team because I felt like I was getting the runaround from the builder's vendor. The difference has been night and day. They're local, they remember me every time, and they actually care about getting my AC straight. These guys went above and beyond to get our AC working again. Brad kept in communication with us and was very transparent and upfront, keeping us informed. The technician Juan was great as well. He took time to explain everything. These guys worked hard to find the part needed even though multiple stores did not have it in stock. We've used this company for years and they are always very helpful and customer oriented.
